Registration fees

• Early registration fee (before March 31): 475 EUR
• Late registration fee (April 1-May 30): 600 EUR
• Online-only fee (before June 20): 100 EUR
• Accompanying guest (before June 20): 120 EUR

The registration fee (on-site participation) includes the reception on Sunday, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference dinner. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. See ‘venue, logistics and travel’ for hotel suggestions within a walking distance from the conference venue.

The fee for accompanying guests includes the receptions on Sunday, as well as the conference dinner. Due to logistical constraints, a maximum of 1 accompanying guest may be added to the registration fee.

The online-only fee includes live streaming of all conference sessions and access to the conference’s Slack workspace.

Payment instructions will be sent out by email after registering.


Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email (eprv6@iastro.pt) to the LOC (use the subject line ‘cancellation request’).

Fees will be refunded according to the following policy:

• 90% refund until March 31, when early registration payment closes (10% to account for administrative costs).
• 50% refund until May 30, when late registration payment closes.
• No refund from June 1 onwards.

Organizers shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
