The Sixth Workshop on Extremely Precise Radial Velocities (EPRV 6)

Abstract Information
Only registered participants are allowed to submit an abstract. Instructions on how to submit an abstract will be sent out by email after registering.

Note that we do not request that the registration fee be paid when registering. Instead, upon registering the participant will receive an automatic email with payment instructions. The same automatic email will provide the participant with a code to be used when submitting an abstract.

We envisage 2 types of contributions, namely, contributed talks and posters (max. size: A0). The following rules apply:
  • Contributed talks and posters require in-person attendance.
  • Each participant is entitled to a maximum of 2 abstract submissions.

All contributed talks will be considered for the plenary session. If your talk is not selected for a plenary session, you will be considered also for a splinter session of your choice (made during the abstract submission process.)

All submitted abstracts, including those for posters, will go through a selection process. Unlike talks, poster submissions do not require a session preference, as the poster sessions are common to the entire workshop.
