Those that submitted an abstract for a poster also have a poster slot, but please confirm you will present your work with the required format sending an email to: toe3-loc@googlegroups.com

Poster format: For those participants presenting poster contributions: the maximum poster size is up to A1 (594 x 841 mm) in portrait orientation.

We further note that we cannot guarantee poster slots for last-minute new registrations, i.e. participants that did not complete their registration yet. The remaining slots will be attributed on first-come, first-served basis.
