Q: Can I get a waiver for the registration fees?
A: This conference is entirely financed through the registration fees. As a consequence, at the moment, we cannot provide any waiver for the registration.

Q: Can I get financial support for my travel and accommodation expenses?
A: This conference is entirely financed through the registration fees. So we do not have the budget to provide financial support for travel and accommodation.

Q: What is included in the registration fee?
A: Registration fee includes coffee-breaks and conference social dinner. It’s not possible to deduct the price of the social dinner even if you do not plan to join.

Q: I didn’t pre-register. Can I still register and attend the conference?
A: We had more pre-registrations than what our venue can accommodate. In order to reward those who manifested interest early-on, we are giving priority to the pre-registered until the 31st of March at the latest. After this date and depending on how many pre-registered participants confirm their participation, we might be able to open the registration to those who didn’t register. You can send us an email to show your interest and we will warn you if we have spots available.
