7 October 2015: Publication online of the conference website.
8 February 2016^*: Early registration opens.
3 April 2016: Abstract submission for oral contributions and grant application (new date).
24 April 2016: Early registration closes (new date).
1 June 2016^**: Late registration and abstract submission for posters closes.
10 Jul 2016: Arrival at Angra do Heroismo and start of the Conference.

^* Full reimbursement of the registration fee is guaranteed in case of cancellation prior to the 1st of June, when no invitation letter has been issued. After the 1st of June, or in cases when an invitation letter has been issued, cancellation will be subject to a fee.

^** Please note that the LOC cannot guarantee the hotel availability and/or special price offered to the conference participants up to this date. Participants are thus strongly advised to book their accommodation prior to the early registration deadline.
