Biographic Notes
Jorge Martins is currently a researcher at IA. He was awarded a first degree in Astronomy in 2007, a Master degree in Astronomy in 2012 and a PhD in Astronomy in 2018, all by the University of Porto. He has been a member of IA since 1999, where he started as an Outreach Technician. In 2018 he held the position of IT Support technician at IA.
Current research interests focus on the characterization of exoplanet atmospheres from the light they reflect from their hosts.
