Abstract

Studies of stars in young stellar clusters and associated molecular shells will be discussed, with focus on dynamical evolution. Due to the strong interaction with stellar light and winds remarkable fomations appear in the shells, such as elephant trunks, worms, seahorses, eggs, teardrops, and globulettes – the nebular zoo. We explore the nature and evolution of such cold fragments rising questions on paths of triggered formation of stars and planets.
