Setting new cosmology constraints with ALMA

Abstract
I make a short revision of Cosmology questions which ALMA was built to address. I will point out the ALMA specifications and strategies which are expected to provide a better handle of: the temperature evolution of the Cosmic Microwave Background and the properties of its secondary anisotropies (such as the thermal and kinetic Sunyaev-Zel'dovich and the Ostriker-Vishniac effects); variability of dimensionless fundamental constants; H0 and galaxy initial mass function by means of strong gravitational lensing; black hole science with the greatly expected Event Horizon Telescope.
