Abstract
Observing the skies doesn't have to be carried out with a telescope. If you use a camera, and with a little editing, you can also get incredible results. In this cookie seminar, we'll go over the basics of astrophotography: which are the best settings, how to track the moving sky, how to capture star trails, and so on. If you'd like to see some pretty pictures of the Chilean sky (and learn how to get them yourself when you're there), come along.
