Abstract
Recently, there was some interest to the tension of Hubble parameter measurements. It was specifically mentioned in the paper "A 2.4% Determination of the Local Value of the Hubble Constant" (arXiv:1604.01424v2). In order to satisfy the concernment of some colleagues in that problem and to make an information bridge over "Planets-Galaxies-Cosmology" groups, I will do small presentation about "local" Hubble parameter measurements and Hubble parameter constraints from the CMB.
