“Towards the detection and characterization of other Earths” Thematic Line Internal Meeting09 October 2019, Porto, Portugal2-DEMOC is the annual event of the IA “Towards the detection and characterization of other Earths” Thematic Line aimed at strengthening the team spirit and communication within the group. The meeting involves group activities that help the dynamic of the group and increase the productivity and internal communication. The main objective is to involve all participants in the discussion and evaluation of the strengths and aspirations of the team, in order to take advantage of the available opportunities to optimize the results of the team. The meeting will finish with defined strategies and goals for the exoplanet group for the following year.
