2-DEMOC is the annual event of the IA “Towards the detection and characterization of other Earths” Thematic Line aimed at strengthening the team spirit and communication within the group.
The meeting involves group activities that help the dynamic of the group and increase the productivity and internal communication.
In the second day, all participants will discuss and evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the team.
The meeting will finish with defined strategies and goals for the exoplanet group for the following year.
