Abstract
From the humble beginnings of radio astronomy in Spain to the present day, this talk will highlight the key milestones in the development of the field, underlining the most relevant technical and scientific contributions of our country. Special attention will also be given to the strategic collaborations established with Portugal, which are strengthening shared capabilities and fostering joint advances in Iberian radio astronomy.
