Abstract
Being inclusive can mean accounting for many diverse aspects. In this event we will share our intersectional framework and explore how taking gender and diversity into account could help inclusivity. We will explore briefly how academia can benefit by considering the way we communicate, while doing research, teaching or planning an event. We will also discuss strategies to promote a discrimination and harassment free environment as well as other measures that could boost equality.
