Abstract
I will discuss non-linear models of dark electromagnetism whose screening effects induce an inhomogeneity in the distribution of dark and baryonic matter. In particular, a discrepancy between the Hubble rates of large and smaller shells appears which could be akin to the one observed between large scale and local measurements of H0.
