Abstract
The sunlight reflected by the planetary atmospheres of the Solar System provides information on the vertical distribution and optical properties of the particles in the upper troposphere of these bodies. Furthermore, this information is essential to understand the atmospheric dynamics as seen at similar wavelengths, for example by giving the altitude levels at which the measured movements are happening. In this talk, I will summarize the methodologies and main results obtained for the atmospheres of Mars, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn by the RT section of the Planetary Sciences Group at the University of the Basque Country.
