Abstract
In this seminar I will present the results of our ground-based observations dedicated to the follow-up of the Kepler candidates. I will show the different phases of the project involving both high-spatial resolution imaging and high-resolution spectroscopy. The former observations were used in the confirmation and validation of some Kepler planets such Kepler-37b (the mercury-sized planet), WTS-2b (a planet near its tidal destruction) and Kepler-91b (a planet close to be engulfed by its host star). We are currently analyzing the second set of observations (the radial velocity) and I will present our first results.
