Abstract
Since the launch of the CoRoT and Kepler missions, asteroseismology has taken a gigantic step in terms of the amount of stars with detected oscillations. This allows us to test our knowledge and assumptions about the nature of this oscillations and what the physical processes that dominate stellar interiors are. In this talk, I will review the major results obtained by the asteroseismic space missions and the upcoming challenges for the field.
