Abstract
I will discuss the possibility of reconstructing the equation of state of dark energy up to redshift 4 using measurements of the cosmological variation of the fine structure constant and the proton to electron mass ratio. I will present examples of accuracy on this reconstruction using future ESPRESSO and CODEX data.
