Abstract
Knowing how to talk about scientific research is an ever increasing necessity in research centers. Whether you are talking to the media, the general public or policy makers, the answer to the question “Why is my work important?” is fundamental, especially in recession years, because public funding often depends on public opinion. In this talk I will provide you with some basic tools for communicating (your) science more efficiently.
