Escape of Lyman radiation from galactic labyrinths


The registration fee for this conference is 480 € for researchers, 420 € for students and 400 € for accompanying persons.
The fee includes conference materials, coffee-breaks, the welcome reception on Monday, April 7, the conference dinner and social events. To facilitate a more continuous interaction between conference participants, the fee also includes lunches from Tuesday to Friday and dinners from Monday to Thursday.

Accommodation at the OAC (4 nights with breakfast, check-in on Monday, April 7 and check-out on Friday, April 11) costs 240 € for accommodation in a single-room and 120 € for accommodation in a shared twin room.
Please note that the principle of "first come, first served" applies. We will let you know by February 5, 2025 at the latest whether a stay at the OAC will be possible. If you would like to extend your stay at the OAC (80 €/day in a single and 60 €/day in a shared twin room, including breakfast), please enter your arrival and departure dates in the "Additional information" field on the registration page. The earliest check-in is Friday, April 4 and the latest check-out is Saturday, April 12.

Participants are kindly requested to transfer the conference fee (+ the accommodation costs, if accommodation at the OAC is desired and possible) to the bank account of the Orthodox Academy of Crete at:

Please note that the registration fee and accommodation costs are non-refundable and that all bank charges should be dealt with by the participant.
In exceptional cases, payment can also be made on-site in cash (in €).
