The conference will take place at Orthodox Academy of Crete (OAC), a public welfare institution Inspired by the Platonic tradition of symphilosophein (philosophising together). The OAC is located in a beautiful environment next to the village of Kolymbari, about 20 km from the city of Chania.

The Chania international airport can be reached through Athens International Airport via many Aegean air and Ryan air flights per day. Chania is also connected to the port of Piraeus in Athens, with daily boats of the ANEK lines. There is a regular bus service from Chania to Kolymbari.
