Biographic Notes
Tiago Barreiro is a researcher at IA and a professor at ECEO in Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias. He was awarded a first degree in Physics by the Universidade Técnica de Lisboa in 1993, a Master degree by the University of Sussex in 1994 and a PhD by the University of Sussex in 1999. He is a member of IA since 2015.
Current research interests focus on Cosmology. In particular Dark Energ, with a special interest in quintessence and models with dark matter interactions. He also plans to work on gravitational waves. He is a member of the Euclid and LISA ESA missions.
